St. Janez Krstnik's Church
Location: Plave
The sacral building in Plave was supposed to be built in 1866. It was demolished during the First World War and once again restored in the 20th century. It was built in neo-Romanesque style. There is a painting of the Church's patron St. Janez Krstnik (the work of a painter Ema Galli) in the Church's nave. The painting shows the patron in a broad, vast landscape, wearing camel's hair and a leather belt around the waist.
